I watched my favorite blonde anime girl who loves Harry Potter play it. (She's away and missing out on the Malfoid thing, sadly.)
She had such a hard time figuring out how to make a character that looked like an actual girl, she gave up on the possibility, tried the nearest she could do to a Tranny Hulk School Shooter run, and abandoned it when she stopped cackling at how stupid her character looked.

He is an amusing character because he will occasionally have meltdowns on twitter about his ex wife cheating on him and how miserable he is and how he is constantly having failed dates. He is former National Guard and a writer for some indie TTRPG that has furry space alien characters in is, so I assume his wife left him out of shame over that.
It is mildly amusing that he would immediately latch onto this trend and I fully expect more meltdowns and complaints once his brief popularity over this trend fades again.
Idk, it just feels like people not getting the appeal. I think we can enjoy the inherent right-wing nature of a happy straight romance without having to cram in every single chud fantasy we have into some kind of “mythos” like it’s Fromsoft or some shit. A lot of it seems to be coming from people that have no interest in Harry Potter as a work, either, which sort of bums me out because it was very important to young me and my love of literature and worldbuilding.
I mean she worked in law enforcement during both world wars. What was she doing during that time? I dont think thats cramming in stuff without any thought into it. Filling in plot holes and theorizing is an additive process and doesnt remove anything. Dont like it just read another fiction. Dont like any fanfiction? Then why be here?
