Well holy fuck, of all things to be brought back I wasn't expecting this.

It might play like Rayman or it might lean more towards Donkey Kong Country. The thing that gives me pause it that it has a ton of stuff connected to time trials and those might be a pain in the ass or very easy depending on how they're balanced.

I didn't realize this had european roots. Between this and and Miraculous Ladybug being a french show, Dobson is clearly a weeb but for euro cartoons. Do we even have a word for that? Eeeb?

Whoah I used to read the European comics back when I was a kid. Loved the art. Was confused as fuck when it was revived as some grim dark thing.

I just finished this game.

It's a clone of Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze.

You collect fruits, feathers and you find ring zones in each level which you get tickets from. Once you're done, you can time trial stages to get gold, silver or bronze clocks depending on your clear time. Feathers unlock alternate stages. You can also collect art.

Game is short, with only three worlds to explore, each with a couple of normal stages, a ring stage, an alternate stage, a bonus stage (you use tickets to enter) where you collect fruits for bonus lives, and a boss which you have to chase till the end.

It's very colorful, stages are alright (they get a bit annoying towards the end), and the last boss fight was pretty neat.

7/10 it's ok
