This is "Miri it is while sumer ilast" which is the oldest known song from the british isles. It only has one verse, as the others have been lost over the last 800 years.

Ah well since I am here here is my one and only contribution. Summer is Icumin in. Sadly its unclear how the song would have actually sounded, but my favourite interpretation is that of Sir Christopher Lee and the cast of The Wicker Man singing it at the end of the film
 
If you want real dance music, get that wonderful album of the music Tielman Susato, performed by Philip Pickett and his New London Consort.

Most performances of the Play of Daniel contain some upbeat numbers.
