want to have fun? buy a couple mags for a gun you have off the triple k website. take a shot for every magazine caused malfunction with them on your next range trip.

Heh. I have one of their mags because finding original Mauser 1914 mags is impossible. It's worked so far. But it's also a single stack and lower capacity. I have an original magazine and neither so far have given me issues. Paid a pretty penny for it though. Checking eBay again there's an original magazine for $140. Yeah. They may not be perfect, but I am glad that a company out there is making magazines for some of these older guns. Now I'm having a fit because I want more spare parts for my Mauser and there's a parts kits up for bid that I'd be irresponsible to bid on

XM5.7, i can post pics later but it is being worked on albeit wrong caliber. It is in beta and the last I saw they were using cerrosafe to create the bolt with a 3d printed mold.

speaking of, Tbostic's quality really nosedived after his first 5-6 years of doing plastic gun work, basically when the T36 became a thing. i almost got one of his XM8 builds but opted to just not bother if it's going to be so hit or miss since i actually shoot my guns. Chopstix Kid and Top Notch still does some HK work but have dropped off a bit due to family and other things since for them it's mostly a hobby still and in the case of Top Notch, they have other shop services that take up their time. i have examples from all three and other than turn around time, Top Notch is more "correct" compared to an actual G36 (ignoring stock block conversions) but for actual conversion with receiver plastic welding CPK is sturdier with steel reinforcements in more than just the receiver stub.

feels like me, gunplumber, ghilliebear and the HK GPMG (michael's machines, TSC mostly) people are the last ones doing steel HK kit builds, as there's a lot of variety of factory guns now, much more so than ever before. even gray guns is all on the plastic HK train for trigger work.

I can see the appeal, but it's a really niche appeal. Get yourself a modernized, suppressor ready platform without the downsides of the slide loudly cycling every time you shoot. That being said, unless you're willing to get a can, there really isn't a point to them even in a ban state. And who knows? Maybe this 9mm lever gun will actually work.

Also, nobody has been doing it to any other Sig firearm including the p365 because the p365 is actually built from the ground up and isn't trying to retrofit a modular system into an existing platform. If it was really just Sig being victims, why aren't they doing it to any other of their guns

The Sig Cross had to be recalled shortly after release because it could fire with the safety on.
 
Honestly the P320 being such a raging piece of shit really bums me out as I find the Flux Raider Chassis rather nifty.

Maybe I'll get the P365 one.
