Buy a USP .40 and convert it to 10mm. XDs are fine, they're ugly but grip safeties are a non-issue, you're not going to be doing pinky trick shots with your 10mm.I've been looking into 10mm pistol options, and the conclusion I've reached is they all suck in some way
You can do that?Buy a USP .40 and convert it to 10mm. XDs are fine, they're ugly but grip safeties are a non-issue, you're not going to be doing pinky trick shots with your 10mm.

This is crazy considering I was seeing gen 4 40s on sale the day the news broke about Gen V, I think they were having trouble selling them before.I've been looking into 10mm pistol options, and the conclusion I've reached is they all suck in some way
-Glock 20/40
Currently scalped to hell and I'm not a huge fan of Glock ergonomics on a good day
Were you this mad when they introduced the auto sear denial tab in the Gen 5 frames or did you not care because there weren't guntubers and grifters whipping you into a frenzy of outrageF you Glock for this, you had the plans for this crap for years and folded instantly over thing. I have 4 Glocks but no more.
I was already pissed at them for dumping 357 Sig, and now this. I figured they'd move to an XD style single action which is the 'Glock performance trigger' which is basically single action, but no it's even dumber. I guess thanks for making my Gen 2 and 3 Gen3's twice the price like the AWB did to Glock mags in the day. Vid on this, not new but more explanations
They could've easily fought this with 'common use' laws, but I guess when Gaston died the company went too.
This reminds me of the old HK SL8
Where they went out of their way to make single stack only 5.56 even when the AWB didn't make that mandatory. Suck it.
Oh no nigga not a little bit of metal.but no it's even dumber
Ah yes, that's a sound legal strategy, allow no Glocks to be sold in California for the next decade until they reach the supreme court (only for them to not take the case for some esoteric reason) while also burning untold millions monthly fighting literally every Blue State AG that would have sued them if they didn't do thisThey could've easily fought this with 'common use' laws
I am 95% sure this has to do with German restrictions on weapon exports.Where they went out of their way to make single stack only 5.56 even when the AWB didn't make that mandatory. Suck it.

its what's Ruger has always done best.Checked out a Ruger RXM at a gun store yesterday and it felt much nicer than a factory Glock. The mag release and slide release felt way more intuitive than stock Glock.
Also every town USA is targeting the RXM because Glock clones are also deadly baby killing fully automatic assault pistols.
He may have been a fudd, but anyone who takes a Keltec design and makes it practical and better is a genius in my book.its what's Ruger has always done best.
I really think that in the future Bill Ruger will be placed up there with John Browning and Joseph Manton. The man was a prodigy, whatever you think about his politics.
- The Mk I/II/III and IV are just better Nambu pistols.
- The BlackHawk, Single Six and Single Seven are better Colt New Frontier revolvers.
- The No.1 is a better Farquharson rifle.
- The Bearcat is a better Remington model 1890 revolver
- the Old Army is a better Spiller & burr revolver
- The LCP is a better Kel-tec P32
- The Mini-14 is a better M-14.
- One of the Ruger .44 semi-auto carbines was a better M1 carbine design.
XDs are not fine and will get you killed. I know, because mine almost got me killed when I was a young man in the ghetto. When people are trying to kick down your door is not the time to have an epiphany regarding weapon reliablity and capacity. (They didn't get through the door btw. Gave up after a few mins.)Buy a USP .40 and convert it to 10mm. XDs are fine, they're ugly but grip safeties are a non-issue, you're not going to be doing pinky trick shots with your 10mm.
Please piss, shit, and scream somewhere else. You have no idea what you are talking about.Everything else you said was moronic anti-gun bullshit. Yeah, let Newsom decide national gun laws lol. wtf is wrong with you?
Bil also converted a Savage 99 lever action to a semi-auto during his time working in the arsenals during WW2. he had a gift for sure.He may have been a fudd, but anyone who takes a Keltec design and makes it practical and better is a genius in my book.

Ok fine, you'll give in. You'll end up with gay thumb hole stocks like Beretta and lots did in the 90s, no bayonet lugs, no mags over 10 rounds, no 'barrel shrouds that point up' and all that goodness. It's bad enough with the arcane shit like an A300 can come with standard full tubes while 1301 imports are gimped. Fudds love that shit. Please piss, shit, and scream somewhere else. You have no idea what you are talking about.
I was very nearly ethnically enriched in 2017 when three drunk ubanites tried to kick my door down right about Christmas time at 3am. My girl was over at the time, and dumb old me was standing on the other side of the door with an XDS .45 with 7rd capacity and a proclivity for failing to feed and failing to eject. That's gonna require some elaboration.
I don't even believe you own guns tbh.I've never heard of any probs from the HS2000 series to XD to XDM to Echelon either. Probably user error if anything went wrong.
7 rounds of 45 normally is ok, but having a compact for a house gun is not the best idea. I don't keep my P220 around much cause of 8 rounds, prefer G21 now. The P220 can't be beat for that DA trigger though. I really want a suppressed FNX at some point.I don't even believe you own guns tbh.
For everything but carry pistols or special cases I get at least 10 high quality mags as sales permit. Then expand 20 with cheaper or oddball mags. Except my mp5s, I ain't spending $800 on fucking magazines, 2 genuine hk mags is enough. What do you guys think about magazine inventory for your firearms? My preference is at minimum 10 magazines per pistol, 10 per bolt rifle, and 25 per semi rifle. I'm also much more interested in repairing pistol magazines if at all possible before disposing of them. AR mags, especially 5.56, get tossed if I can't fix whatever issue they have inside of 30 seconds.
My FAL is a bitch and she's only got 7 because there's one reliable source and I'm beginning to question their grading. At least it's metric so pricing starts at $50 and not double/modification.What do you guys think about magazine inventory for your firearms?
