750rds through the vp9cc today, I double down on this being one of the nicest and funnest micro9s that ive ever shot and ive run the gamut of slimline glocks, hellcats, and p365s.
For that price point it had fucking better be!

Is it small enough to be a pocket pistol or is just a tad too large?
Yes I have one. The little .380 BG 2.0 is great if you understand it's TINY and even a tilting barrel can't really beat physics.

It snaps but it's not too bad and it's thin as hell while being light.

It's probably the best pocket .380 out right now, the Ruger competition isn't quite as good.
I'll likely pick one up soon.

Unless someone else can think of a solid pocket pistol. The Shivworks guys sold me on carrying one in the, uh, more diverse parts of whatever US city I may be in.

I could pocket carry it comfortably if I had a proper pocket holster, it'd be even better without the big honkin vortex optic on top but whatevs. I've ordered a holster for it though since I want to keep the tlr7subhlxblurayhddvdbvdd on it.

The biggest change I'd make is a little stippling to where my thumb grips the dust cover, which frankly I can just get some talon grip and paste a little bit on.

Also not sold on the vortex optic, Im very leery of vortex red dots, the only reason I have this and not the optic free model was because my guy at the local place kept it hidden from everywhere for me to take a look at first so I obliged. I'm interested in putting an AEMS micro on it tbqh.

The optimal home defense weapon is an MP5SD, everything else is a compromise.

was recently made aware that there was at least one example of a German MG-131 13mm machinegun converted for infantry use, The MG-131E. The 13mm cartridges it fired among other loadings could fire 524gr bullets with about 2 grams of HE per round (For context, German B-patrone 8mm had 0.3G, which we know in theory can put fist sized holes in people) of HE at 2460fps out of a 22in barrel, with free recoil about as stout as a an M1 Garand. The Aircraft model weighed 37lbs, I would think an infantry model would weigh 40-42lbs The Germans were in essence creating a full auto belt fed Safari rifle firing high explosive bullets

What's a good powder measure for reloading pistol ammo on a progressive press? The one that came with my Lee six pack works fine for more granular stick powders, but with the fine pistol powders I'm using it's spilling the stuff everywhere.

With all the jokes I've made about blacking out the labels on all my cheap accessories with Sharpie I feel like someone could've told me aluminum black does it perfectly since the etching just exposes the raw aluminum...

Can anyone with a PSA Krink measure it's length from the end of the receiver to the muzzle threads with the booster removed, PSA says 17.5in folded but that's with the booster

Legend has it that Remington mis-marked the twist on a bunch of Rem700 300blk barrels several years ago. Remember that NOS part I've been trying to snag off GunBroker? MF'ers.

Anybody ever seen 300blk barrel with a 1:12 twist rate? Cause now I got one. MF'ers. I still haven't picked it up from my FFL but he's been researching it and believes some guy at the factory mistook a batch of .308 barrels for .300blk's after the rifling process and finished them with the .300blk processes. The barrel has no twist markings on it at all. M24 profile.
