How much longer till the bullshit "safety rules" that the blue states invented all go away?
Considering the blue states literally ignore SCOTUS rulings about guns, unless SCOTUS puts it's foot down, it'll take quite a few years. Bruen is pretty much treated as trash despite being a landmark decision, and even Heller barely gets by as is.

That said, we do live in interesting times. If any period will get us closer to Constitutionality it would be now, where radicals are still exercising lawfare and assuming victory.

In the meantime where can I get a gun that's not the price of a fucking ps5?

I'm poorfag-maxxxing and got all my guns as handmedowns from my military grandfathers and my great grandparents (great grammy's little revolver is cute ngl). Even getting a basic bitch clone that's older than I am is 500 easy, and that's before taxes.

Honestly, you would think with the ease of manufacturing and time prices would drop, but it seems they're doing the opposite and are a good bit ahead of inflation.

Are you looking at police surplus? M&Ps and Glocks sold off by police departments are cheap as hell, that's how I got my stainless M&P. If you don't mind .40 S&W they're even cheaper (the ammo sure isn't though goddamn).

You can still pick up a Maverick 88 pump gun new for around $300 or just get a used Mossberg at a pawn shop for around the same.

First pistol. I own a rifle. But you can't carry a rifle without being a tremendous faggot.

you're living in the era of cheap piece of shit plastic pistols. buy one, they cost next to nothing.
Serious question would it be cheaper and easier to just 3d print one like a nigger?
@BikeLock but to get it shipped don't I need to pay some fucking gun store a stupid amount of money because "muh regulations"?

Forever unless a congress and senate are based enough to pass legislation forbidding state and municipal gun laws. They’ll never do that because gun rights are treated as a political football to guarantee voter turnout. Kind of like how Democrats had decades to codify Roe v Wade but used it to do the same.

You have to have it shipped to an FFL (which is usually a gun store but might just be a cool dude in your area with a license) that can legally transfer it to you. You might also need a permit to purchase/CPL depending on your location. My FFL is cool and only charges 25 bucks, but I've seen the fees go as high as $60 per gun.

Your mileage may vary.

Maybe at scale
and easier
No
don't I need to pay some fucking gun store a stupid amount of money because "muh regulations"?
If you're paying much more than $50 for transfer fees you're getting screwed over.
Its been said many times but go to a couple of gun stores and finger fuck their stock to find something that feels good in your hands and don't buy anything too wacky. Glocks (and their various clones) are boring but they're boring because they're ubiquitous and they're ubiquitous because It Just Works ™️

Probably add about $70 for transfer and shipping, if you don't have a gunfren with a FFL.

No, and don't be stupid. Just buy the Glock. You can get some Glock copy or competitor but you'll pay for it in decreased after market and support.

If you need a gun you aren't playing games with your 3d printer or jusasgud bargain binging.
I consider the floor the cheapest, beat to shit because it was carried but never shot LE Surplus 3rd gen 9mm Glock. The ones that have gouges on the right side of the grip from slamming into car doors and various other shit all the time on a belt.

You guys are missing the obvious.
Step one. Acquire 110 dollars.
Step two. Find the pawn shop with the shadiest baby mama outside.
Step three. Buy one of their 19 heritage rough riders, make sure it comes with the LR and the WMR cylinder. Haggle them down to 90 with the pack of swishers you got in step one.
Step four. Use the 20 you saved to get a box of LR and WMR.
You've now bought two guns and a surplus of ammo for 110.
