Infected MGTOW - Men Going Their Own Way

Yeah my sister in law has had to fight her ex tooth and nail to get her kid because he was better off than she was.

I heard that MGTOW originally started as a mostly black group and later on whites joined. The big talking point they did about ''men never get the kids in a custody battle'' may have something to do with that. Not to stereotype all black dudes here but a good chunk are not well off and a big portion have criminal records and likely couldn't get the judge convinced of their ability to provide.

The American one also demonstrates something that MGTOW claim never happens- men consensually sleep with a woman, she regrets it and retroactively turns their sex into rape, and the cops ask questions, determine that's bullshit, and bring charges against the woman for false accusation.
Wow. Have you ever felt the real wrath of a woman? Have you any idea about how criminal law works? Sure you do but you don't unless you have seen the lies in action. It's absolutely terrifying. I'm not MGTOW but that's naive.

If it was a council decision, I'm assuming it was less based on any potential protests, and more based on funding and perceived need. Which is extremely unfortunate. Men still have some support from DV shelters, even ones that are women only - often they'll be put up in hotels and given access to other resources that aren't on-premises - but I still don't think that's enough.

I think that for mens' shelters to be more widespread and effective, we as a society need to put more emphasis on the fact that it's okay for men to need and accept help. It's not a change that'll happen overnight by any means, but it needs to happen. It's unacceptable that men who are victimized don't get the same care and support that women in that position do.

I wouldn't consider myself a mens' rights activist by any means, I just see things like this as basic common sense. Even if we're operating passed purely on statistics, men should still have at least half the amount of shelters that women do.
That's the most frustrating thing about that mens shelter, in the first few weeks in absolutely demonstrated the need for its existence. It was filled to capacity every night, mostly young men from abusive households with no where else to go. And I couldn't tell you why the council did what they did because they never gave any reason.

1. So you aren't going to actually refute my point, and instead respond with some "I'm literally shaking rn"-tier shit.
2. So how long have you been MGTOW?

1. Ok bait but anyway. #meetoo #Ibelieveher #justiceforjohnny, Title IX, matress girl, sad fuck offiing himself after Zoe allegations. These are not isolated examples. You come out with your kinda incel view that the system will see you right. It fucking won't. Guy got released recetly after decades in jail after a women dreamed he raped her. Anyway idc, you row your boat wherever. I wish you wealth, health and happiness in your "well a false rape claim will result in a prosecution against her" attitude to life.
2. I already said I'm not MGTOW. I have a Pence attitude to women at this stage. No closed doors, non oto dining. And that's fine. Wouldn't make me any more money to do that so why bother?

1. "All women will destroy your life and the gov't enables them" is the incel view.
2. If money's the only thing you care about, you're fucking sad.

1. I didn't say that. You have this view that somehow a person wont get damaged from a false allegaiton.
2. I don't only care about money. Mortgage ok, wife and kids etc stable. It would not make me more money to have a different attitude.

But you paint it the way you like. idc

literally where did they say that?

also lol, good on you for completely misrepresenting that "dream rape" story. the woman was legitimately raped while she was inebriated, she misidentified the culprit. while it's unfortunate, the rape still occurred and wasn't fiction like you're implying. the victim saw his face in a dream and police assumed that was memories resurfacing.

the police destroyed evidence that led to the real culprit. the victim even named the real culprit, which the police ignored.

read more than a headline for once. this story doesn't help your point.

Nowhere does that say that false accusations don't ruin lives or damage people. Since you are retarded and cannot read, it says that false accusations can land women in prison and are often easier to prove than rape if a solid alibi is in place.

also, you joined yesterday specifically to sperg in this thread. your "totally not a MGTOW" schtick isn't fooling anyone.

I don't, retard, I'm arguing that it's easier to get a conviction for false allegations than rape and that false allegations are, in fact, punished by the law. This isn't a contradictory statement to "false allegations can damage people's reputations".

Usually activist groups using "good intentions" as a sadistic way to play policymaker. They hash up a bunch of nonsense about funding & affordability & resources being taken away from "those who truly need it," either in public or behind closed doors, and apply pressure to get the levers reversed. You'll note that a lot of the men that go to those shelters are poor and working class (least in my readings), and the heads of these activist groups are always that rich kid that thinks themselves a divine gift to the world.

There's no logical reason for pulling the rug on this particular idea; it's just the urge to flaunt power.
