The code has already been archived basically everywhere, if you have a local copy downloaded on your computer and don’t upload it you should be fine. They will 100% go after the leaker(s) and the people who were uploading copies of it to GitHub, though.
 
I absolutely love how the LCE leak has single-handedly put the fear of God in Microjang because, in like a week of it being out, the unsung heroes of the gaming community have made a total alternative to the current game we can all go to and play like the old days when we were free.
Yeah it may not have all the new shit, but it doesn’t need to because back then it was fun and today it is still fun, and more importantly there ain’t shit Microslop can do about it.

Everything past the 1.6 horse update still feels like new additions to me :story: It's insane to think that the minecraft horses are 13 years old!
 
Last week some nigger hacked into my entire Microsoft account because I had some rare Minecon cape on it or something. Fortunately I keep nothing of importance in OneDrive, but now my account is effectively gone with zero recourse aside from arbitration I guess.

I had 2FA on and I knew my account’s recovery key. It did not matter, someone bypassed all of that. 2FA means nothing to Microslop.
 
Dream mod would be a nostalgia-tweaks type thing where you can pick and choose what updates you want/don't want. I'd keep the edited world height and underground additions, but remove:

Water temples
Warden/Ancient Cities
Modern villages
Wells
Pillager Outposts
Leaf litter

and I'd also add the 1.7.10 cave gen. I've been playing around with Nostalgia Tweaks and Sparse Structures in order to really create that old experience and it's been alright so far.

Agreed, not sure when the exact point was but a lot of the newer updates just feel like they're out of a mod rather than official content. Also, I believe we were all psy-opped by Antvenom into wanting the caves and cliffs update, there was nothing wrong with the old caves and the news ones are shit.
