It is possible but you need to tunnel UDP over Tor by encapsulating it in TCP and that requires server on the other side to convert it back to UDP as such unless server itself will support that you might as well just use VPN

yea
my reccomendation for a kiwi server is either a pre existing modpack that can be downloaded from a trusted source (usually via the multimc/polymc launcher variants from FTB, curseforge ect...) or vanilla. both would have to use plugins, especially if you don't want to pay kikerosoft. I personally wouldnt host the server on my own pc/network and would use a company's server that I could rent, like I did last time with a couple of friends.

Tech mods are the white man's Minecraft. While I personally dislike GT for having simplistic machine appearances, it's still one of the best tech mods.
