That's the only logical conclusion which I can arrive at. Unless Narcissa is buying several grand worth of Soylent every other day and their parents are essentially burning money funding them - which I doubt many parents would be capable of affording, and I'll go out on a limb and say that these parents are not of those who can - it feels like it's bullshit. Alternatively the government is funding Narcissa, however despite not being American myself I'll take the fairly sturdy ground of guessing the government doesn't just throw 2k at leeches every few days. It's dubious because of the way in which it fluctuates.
