I’m always curious about the actual living conditions you can glimpse in photos and videos.

Narcissa lives alone, right? Yet he always seems locked in his bedroom. If you’ve got the whole apartment then why live in your bedroom? Get some mileage out of the living room ffs, when you live alone and no one ever visits what’s the difference?

I had assumed she was on HRT as claimed, but come to think of it I have seen no sign of breast development on her at all in body shots. I don't know whether it's her abysmal diet or being unable to afford treatment so lying as comes natural to her.

Actually a third option is just as likely - she wants an out and because she's trans for fetish reasons realises it might be a phase, so doesn't want to go too deep into the hormones.

Yes, taking shrooms and streaming yourself is a fantastic idea!

Maybe I’m getting old but the idea of tripping while random unknown ppl watch me is nightmare fuel, and would cause a huge dose of paranoia and big brother fear.

Heroin has regularly been suggested as an alternative to people with addictions that disable them more severely (crack, meth). Given Narcissa's productivity issues, perhaps she can turn her addiction into a functional one.
