That guy is a long-time fan of speedrunning and was a regular in Cosmo's chat back when he was Cosmo. I also see him in ZFG's chat occasionally. I don't know anything about him but even so I'm mildly surprised he still associates with Narcissa in any fashion if only because Narcissa has repelled anyone with any relative level of success.
