Serious answer: They exist, Holostars is a specifically a male centered section of Hololive with about 13 people right now 4 of which came out this year. JP only though, but you can find clips of them here and there that are translated in EN.

Nijisanji also has husbando bait in both JP and EN languages, I believe the most popular EN vtuber of there's is a dude too due to fujo money being an undertapped market.
