He's going to do what he always does. He's going to admit there are problems on both sides and he won't go into any details over how he feels because he doesn't do drama. At best, we'll get a quick video on his site or he'll use the next review to speak as himself at the beginning and say more or less the same thing.

Are you serious? The Fine Bros controversy is nothing like this. They tried to copyright reaction videos, got shit on, apologised and moved on. Of course they didn't suffer much long-term damage; their drama was comparatively brief and minor. This controversy is about abuse and incompetence involving dozens of people going back years in addition to a cover-up for a deceased sexual predator.

I repeat: The subscriber count does not fucking matter and using it a measure of the damage is misleading. They've lost every producer they have except Brad Jones and that's what has utterly devastated them. There's no network with just two people and there no reason for it to exist anymore. Doug will endure, but CA is on death row.

Man. See Micah's video this morning and it looks like all hell has broke loose. Fucking hell. This is not how I pictured CA going down. I pictured it more like "contributors leave/quit as they are unable to make end's meet."

Can you guys imaging Doug trying to find another job now? With the vid of him quitting his last job and now the revelation he protected a predator? He's fucked as soon as his employer does a search for him online. And if he did get a job, the Jewario thing is enough to get him shitcanned as soon as someone, be it another employee or a customer who recongizes Doug, brings it to management's attention. He's pretty much fucked.

Doug is going to be doing Nostalgia Critic for a long time after Channel Awesome bites the dust. He's not going back to a 9-to-5.

Michaud, Rob and Greg on the other hand, are - that terrifies them.

Doug might be able to skirt by with an, "I didn't know the full details, I'm not management" if pressed about it. He could say that he was privvy to some details but not all of them. There's enough wiggle room that he might be able to salvage his reputation. Mike and Rob, though? There's not much they can do to dodge that.

They ran the company into the ground and just kept going.

Oh, I'm sure he won't. It's just that apparently the other day he was livestreaming a review of Rampage and his chat got full of anti-CA spergs going "WHY WON'T YOU LEAVE CHANNEL AWESOME, BRAD!? THEY HATE WOMMUN!" that he got fed up and ended it.
