Unfortunately for me, someone else seems to have raided whatever loot was left before I could get to it. I guess there's truth to the old adage that there's no honor among thieves.

That's was actually me. I didn't read the sign before going down, I was just exploring. When the sudden fall at the bottom of the ladder happened I made sure to jump before the explosives went off. Only took 4 hearts of damage.

That was likely Old New Hamsterdam. I Furloughed it due do a lack of sand in the surrounding area. I Removed all the lights and left it as spooky dungeon full of enemy mobs.
 
X-Ray'ers for a kids game should get a thread, tar, feathers and chemically castrated. I know, extreme but fits the crime.
