Pretty much right now I'm going back and forth between League of Legends and Smite.

Elder Scrolls Online and some casual WoW. Bored with both though, I've been spending more time on my console.

Dork Souls from time to time
Counter-Strike 1.6 all the goddamn time (I'm not good at it, I just like bragging about the times when I'm doing pretty well)
Quake Live occassionally, because ever since all the newfriends from Steam left, suddenly everyone is Xaero and whoops my ass with ease. It's crazy how good everyone got during the last 3 weeks due to many inexperience newcomers giving up early and the overall skill level rising drastically.
Sven Co-op with an IRL friend once in a while (Sven Co-op is a Half-Life mod that lets you play the single-player campaign in multiplayer mode, which is what we're currently doing. the multiplayer port is pretty crappy, to be honest.)

Only one I play now is Destiny on PS3 (Id is marijoiana). Once the new wow expansion will be released I'll probably sink some time in that.

I play mostly Insurgency these days. I try to play CSGO but I'm terrible at it and rage quit.
 
I just mostly play NHL online. Instead of a 500 hour long journey to level up, I just play a quick 20 minute game and then get back to whatever I was doing.
