Classic hobo toe. Long story short, arterial bloodflow to his lower extremities is compromised and this prevents his immune system from being able to maintain the integrity and health of his hallux. I think the digit could still be saved at this point, but treatment is going to require a radical shift in his lifestyle much sooner than later and I think it is pretty clear Blade would rather die.

I hope he films his eventual trip to the ER when the resting pain from that foot eventually pushes through his drunken stupor and the agony of it forces him to seek medical care.

I agree with the rest of your assessment, but I think the problem is that his foot doesn't hurt. Dude's an alcoholic and an uncontrolled diabetic; he can be so blithe about walking on his non-healing wound because he can't feel it. He's judging it by appearance alone.

And also he's drunk, but even drunk people have a little awareness of pain.

What are the odds sepsis gets him first?

I knew someone who also had untreated diabetes foot - stubbed his toe, worsening the foot, and was found dead on the floor a few months later.
Very good, considering Blade is in denial about the toe and blows off any donos that mention it.
He’s not going to do anything about it until Bec calls 911 when he can’t get out of bed one morning.

I think your assessment is spot on, but I also think there is a day coming for him when the limb neuropathy breaks through the alcohol and he gets carted into an emergency department howling in agony. At that point he'd legitimately need some serious pain management and it'd be absurd to think he could administer that to himself; so he is going to get a "Come to Jesus" speech or two about how they need to admit him to save his limb while treating his withdrawal symptoms and they'll insist that he moves directly into a treatment program after discharge.

Will he go willingly or are they going to have to 5150 his bloated carcass? Either way, it needs to be recorded.

Hard to say, because the condition of his heart is a big unknown. My best guess is that, if and when sepsis is triggered, he'll already be under medical supervision.

Honestly he just has to stop drinking those sugerry liquors like jaiger meister all the time , he looked so good around 2020 when he took a break from streaming, he was actually healthy but that would mean giving up the grift and getting a real job which we know for most on this site , that is not an option. This isn't a meme anymore , this is the end game.

This mf has had so many chances already, it's on him if he wants to lose his ability to walk .

My guess based on anecdotal experience:
  • he'll present drunk with horrendous toe, possible sepsis
  • he'll be advised of the need for amputation, but he'll tell the surgeon to take the absolute minimum out of denial/main character syndrome
  • post-op alcohol withdrawal party time
  • discharge with stated plan to follow up with rehab
  • ...
  • present drunk with horrendous toe site
These people always want to keep maximum foot but refuse to do any of the legwork haw. He'll go up the foot a couple of inches/joints at a time, going through anesthesia and antibiotics and alcohol withdrawal every time.

I'm in a different state, but here there's no transferring to alcohol rehab. Patients can take a taxi from the hospital after discharge, but they still have to present themselves voluntarily. There are very few resources to protect someone from themself when they are decisional but also a goddamn idiot.

Rizzo is fucked. He will probably lose his entire leg. Maybe if society is lucky he just croaks on the operating table. Might sound harsh, but I'm fucking sick of this retard.

Brian doesn't have a goal and purpose in life beyond chugging jager and being a drunken retard for people to gawk at and throw money for entertainment, there is no reason for him to stop drinking at this point. Sunny v2's youtube video still holds up 2 years later. He surrounds himself with people who enable his behavior and all that is really left is for him to drink until he dies.

Some alleged medical professionals donated to Blade's stream the other night. Here's one of them (no it was not me)

As per usual he blew them off and insisted that because Bec "wrapped up" his toe it's fine. A couple more similar donos followed and Blade got super triggered including claiming that not only is he not dying, he expects to live for another "30-40 years".

Bec was beyond pilled out too. I assume that's the only way to deal with your rotting boyfriend.

It's not going to heal if it doesn't get circulation. The best he can hope for is that it dries out and mummifies.

Anyone have a deathpool for brian? I am amazed he has not died yet. He is in obvious decline and in massive denial, he won't make it 30 or 40 years obviously. Im wondering if he has a year in him the rate he is going.

I'll give him some leeway and say he kicks the bucket between summer/fall 2023. He will be 39 this year btw.

Amazing.

On the one hand, this looks terrible. On the other hand, maybe this what the home life of those "cockroach" frequent flyers looks like, the ones who keep on ticking because they're too dumb and surly to die.
