Agree 100%, his streams have been an absolute barn burner lately. Still, even if this "scam" turns out to be real, I don't think he'll be going to jail over it. If everyone involved is happy with the arrangement, and if that income gets declared and taxed, I don't think there's anything major to bust him with.
