Theoretically, if I ran a pizza place, depending on the amount of fake orders, I could see making it a policy to give the pizza (what else to do with it, throw it out?) to an apparent victim of weens and put him on a prepay-only watchlist.
As someone who helped put myself through college by way of a pizza shop, when I couldn't deliver a pizza for some reason or other, I'd bring it back to the shop and the employees would eat it on breaks or after close. Same thing when a customer would order a Hawaiian pizza and then get upset that it came with pineapple or something like that. It was rare for there to be enough botched pizza to throw away at the end of the night.

watashiwakichigai@yahoo.com is found in the 2011 fling database breach, another adultery site, but it is not clear if they were dating at the time.
Regardless of how deserving one might consider the targets, software libraries are not the proper venue for (supposed) vigilante do-gooderism.
