Lenovo will still fuck this one up and keep giving us shitty screens and soldering WLAN cards in their ThinkPads, if not going back to soldered RAM across all models.

The chinks have the perfect opportunity to capitalize and give people some really good products, but they're like AMD. They never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.
 
IMO the most interesting things about Framework are that they run Coreboot and have the RISC-V dev board option. Still, pleasant to see anything that makes trannies seethe. Omarchy is nice too if you like precooked rice.
 
If the boycott of those who noticed doesn't work, I think the next step is to get a Framework hit piece in one of the tech outlets like Ars Technica, and try to force them to denounce Omarchy and le fascisme. I think they'll try to escalate this one as much as possible.

Omarchy makes a lot more sense when you realize that it isnt for people who already use a linux distro. These prepackaged distros exist to encourage people to switch to linux by saying "you'll start up the computer and it will already have everything you already use on it".

IIRC DHH was marketing Omarchy as a curated dev environment specifically meant to let you get to work as fast as possible post-install. I can't find the exact quote but I think I heard him say something along those lines in either the install video or one of the accompanying man pages / articles. With that specific use case in mind, I think it preforms quite admirably.

Soldering is always the best option for a company. Better performance by a large margin, potentially more durable, cheaper, helps with form factor, potentially shorter generational gap between new purchases, etc.

People call me crazy when I say this but regular and gaming desktop motherboards are going to ship with ram soldered, in the not too distant future. Desktop framework and thin laptops have already proven people will tolerate it.

The performance gains from soldered-in parts and on-die RAM and storage outweigh the (often unused!) ability to upgrade parts later. And then there's the cost savings and streamlined manufacturing processes on top of it.

There used to be a time when I would have wanted to compromise and tell these people to calm down but I am way bayond that. They have shown that they don't care at all and they will continue until they have complete submission and victory.

It makes no difference if I actually want these things or not since disagreeing with these "people" results in such acusations anyway so I might as well go for it. I don't fucking care any more! I feel like I've seen multiple examples of retards getting cancelled over a bad date, not being heckin positive enough towards troons, or just being completely socially retarded because of autism.
Yet then there's niggers like Drew DeVault and Jeremy Bicha running around being pedophiles, but I guess nobody cares? I can only assume it's because the first thing a person might think when they hear about the kind of shit these 2 have done is go "There's no way that's true, if it was they'd be in jail, or at the very least not aloud around" and since they aren't in jail and are around it's just assumed that the pedophilia claims aren't true.

This might change in the near future as DDR5 is already pushing the limits of what you can pull off with DIMM slots and as CAMM technology keeps pushing forward in the enterprise space. Soldering is more or less a necessity now due to DIMM being the only other option, but CAMM may change it.

Stallman license, the Non-White-Heterosexual-Male License, the Satania Daiakuma License and even presents some unholy abomination, that combines parts from them all.

The whole time skimming though this shit, it just becomes more and more obvious, they're searching for the "+ nigger" license, as that's the solution that in one word, immediately and reliably solves most (if not all) the major "problems" described. They're just not allowed, to come to that conclusion, so they have to put endless text about forklifts, Palestine liberation and tranny protests in there and pretend, that does the same thing, rather than just make it more dated and retarded, as time goes on.
