Devuan is maintained by the Dyne foundation, who loves diversity and their "bastard culture". What matters is that the software is good and technically sound, and so people use it.

Instead now we see people forking software because "muh transphobia", projects being directly sabotaged to facilitate "the future". The idea of "building communities" around specific pieces software is so retarded. Just make a mailing list or a forum at most and be done with it.
