I saw someone in the forums was trying to create their own West Marches game, I actually have a world that I've been building for months that is exactly what he wished to do.
Basically, have around 4-5 different adventurers every session in a world that's filled of ancient artifacts, terrible beasts and crazy NPCs. The further you get away from the starting town, Orilon, the much more difficult the game gets.
Here is the basic ideas of a West Marches Campaign
Character Creation: 4d6 drop lowest (rolls must be in game), level 1, no races over 19 RP and the summoner class is illegal. You can be any alignment, just try to not murder other members of the party without good reason.
Method of Playing: I think Discord would be the easiest way to communicate and of course using Roll20 for the actually game play.
Put a message below if you are interested, maybe come up with some concepts, whatever floats your boat. I'll give you a link to both the game and the discord server.
Discord Server: https://discord.gg/Az6KGAt

1) There was no regular time: every session was scheduled by the players on the fly.
2) There was no regular party: each game had different players drawn from a pool of around 10-14 people.
3) There was no regular plot: The players decided where to go and what to do. It was a sandbox game in the sense that’s now used to describe video games like Grand Theft Auto, minus the missions. There was no mysterious old man sending them on quests. No overarching plot, just an overarching environment.
