Will Patrick ever learn to write a proper sentence? Or does he actually want to name them as Stalker and just forgetting to capitalize the Noun he gave them?

Looks like the Milwaukee Bucks are about to win the NBA championship. Normally I wouldn't care, but I don't want this fat faggot to have any reason for civic pride. Hopefully he goes out to celebrate and a group of 'youths' decide to play the knockout game with him.

Fuck Milwaukee.
Like Patrick, it's there only win in 50 years so they have something in common

Man who hasn't worked in over a decade lets the country know that he won't be turning up to work today.

Looks like he still has some of that money left even after his idiotic lawsuit. Fraudulent PPP loans must be a very lucrative business.

So there were some updates in the Wisconsin case today.

"Memorandum of Law in Support of Motion to Stay and for Leave to File an Amended Complaint Proceedings Pending Resolution of Motion to Dismiss and Discovery Sanction Requested in Foreign Proceedings, filed"

Does anyone know what this means?
The consensus on the other forum is that it means that Pat is still fat. As for what the legal ramifications are, there are a few theories around but nobody is sure yet.

Surprised we didn't have this clown as a lolcow until early this year.
Does anyone know what this means?
He's desperately requesting a delay in his own case until the fuckery in California is over, and begging for a chance to try to amend his train wreck of a complaint into something functional. Good chance he'll get both.

Apparently Patrick's attorneys submitted this on the 14th of July, it only appeared on the website today. It seems to be attempting to argue the merits against quashing the case in CA. All of this is above my level of expertise, just posting so that the more learned might give their take.

There were a few more documents, all of them just declarations from the various lawyers in CA and WI.

This motherfucker is so short on authorities he's citing a New Jersey state court case?

He still might win, and it's pretty difficult to quash a subpoena if you have the remotest connection to the case.

The judge did say he was going to recommend the subpoena to be quashed and did not seem impressed with Patrick's lawyers even saying himself he didn't consider fake book reviews to be considered "defamation".

If he's already said that, I doubt he'll consider this supplemental brief very convincing. It's feeble.

He essentially doubled down on saying the book reviews were super defamatory, but didn't make any effort to connect any of them to Quasi, which is what the judge specifically said he needed to do in order for the motion to quash to not be upheld. There was also some random shit saying things like Quasi isn't allowed to present exculpatory evidence in a motion to quash since that's what the courtroom is for and a subpoena is only about a prima facie display of wrongdoing.

Here's a sample for his horribly written "book" Starship Repo.

Top Review of his book:

Just by listening to the sample, I can tell you this was written on an eighth-grade level. His diction is bombastic and cliche. He breaks the 4th wall in every new paragraph.
The sample is especially golden for the last sentence, which I believe is a reference to the Cleveland Brown Show (Family Guy spin-off).
Honestly, when I heard the title I knew that 12yo me would have loved it

If nothing else, the original subpoena would seem to have merit as to the post described on lines 6-11 of page 2 of the most recent filing. OnA as a platform isn't responsible for the content that's posted there, but they'd seemingly have a responsibility to at least provide IP logs of the post to which Fatrick refers.

Well, that's my general impression, but if the reports of what the judge was actually saying during the hearing are accurate, he doesn't agree and would need his mind changed. I don't see anything particularly earth-shattering in this supplemental.

Just to be clear, it's my hope that the subpoena is still quashed - at least to the identity of Quasi, which, contrary to the most recent pleading, doesn't need to be revealed in order for IP logs pertaining to other allegedly defamatory comments to be turned over.

At that point, assuming the posters didn't take steps to obscure their actual IP address, it would be incumbent upon Fatrick and his attorneys to go file against all those parties wherever they reside.

While he has both the problem of being a public figure who, in addition to proving all the other elements of defamation, has to prove actual malice on the part of the commenters, it's going to be hard for anyone who posted that to assert that accusing someone of being a "child rapist" if they haven't been at the very least charged with a sexual offense involving a child is anything other than actually malicious.

Quasi already provided them with the user info including IP addresses for the posters mentioned in the complaint, but they complained that the information wasn't enough. it had something to do with the IP addresses not giving them data on the end user.

Boo-fucking-hoo. OnA has no responsibility to require, and keep records of, someone's diver's license when they sign up to the forum, Fatrick should go be one of those retards who campaigns to remove anonymity on the internet then.

I don't think it would show actual malice to say that about, say, Bryan Singer, even if he hasn't been charged. There have been quite credible accusations of having sex with minors leveled at him, even if law enforcement hasn't acted. It would definitely be "defamatory" in the strict sense of causing someone to fall into disrepute and ignominy if such things were believed, and would be defamatory per se, but it would not pass the actual malice test, in that a reasonable person could believe that.

That said, it would certainly justify a subpoena against that third party.

There are also good arguments Quasi could be the target of a valid subpoena, but frankly, Fatrick's lolyers haven't made them and I'm not interested in even the slightest chance of accidentally helping them if they're reading this shit.

He has his trail of breadcrumbs, it is up to him to follow it. If it's just IP addresses, tough shit.
it had something to do with the IP addresses not giving them data on the end user.
Knowing who Quasi is would not magic up any more information on the end users. It's a pure fishing expedition.

I did not know that. If that's the case, then he's fulfilled his obligation.

...but they complained that the information wasn't enough. it had something to do with the IP addresses not giving them data on the end user.
That's not his problem. That may be the reason that the judge isn't thrilled with him pushing it further... a fishing expedition, as AnOminous said.

That's exactly what this is. A comparison to Vordrak was made in the previous page of the thread, Pat is just as deranged as Vordrak but has yet to get the location of any of his detractors. Pat also owns many guns so I doubt he would bother with anonymous bomb threats, he'd instead try and do to Quasi what those Tranny-hotline idiots did to Null.
