Patty Locke is a prodigious lifelong creative whose portfolio includes five self-released albums, OC and costume design, music videos, a podcast, digital games such as Autism at the Mall, and countless other self-produced and self-starring works of singular charm.

Patty’s earlier life counterpart Peter Locke is an autistic treasure of an onscreen personality and one of the reasons this OP may have a certain pro-Patty bias. As you may note, Peter is a characterful young man with a pendulous rack, a fact that may have been formative in his decision to transition.

Patty's artistic persona goes by UncleBibby, and explores intersections of neurodivergent, transhumanist and transgender experience, weaving narratives drawn from the haunting and the huggable, and employing bold physicality that confronts and subverts the viewer's response. Patty is 30 years old, goes by she/it pronouns, posts selfies on trans reddit, and lives with a supportive roommate, Melissa, in Calgary. Her diagnoses are Aspergers, OCD, Tourette's and ADHD.

Patty appears to have degraded markedly in affect the last few years, and while speculative, it's reasonable to imagine this may be related to Electro Convulsive Therapy received in 2018. She journals the experience extensively in a Medium article, including how God spoke 'assertively' into her brain, and other break-from-reality classics. Treatment was intended to address explosive rage issues, to which Patty makes occasional reference, though there's no onscreen tardrage in evidence.

Patty's apparent decline is a strange one, on some occasions appearing almost fetal in functioning while on others clearly able to process and deliver abstract thought.

Patty began HRT September 11, 2019 though her early transition timeline isn't clear, and nor is the interaction between the troubling trifecta of egg-cracking, ECT and mental atrophy. Before these troubled years Peter lives in his family home, and seems well-engaged with his parents.

In all due fairness to Patty, Risperidone is indicated for causing lactation in men, and she seems to be a fairly straightforward narrator; on the other hand we can now confirm virgin with rage, and see reddit troons jerking off over psych patient's leaking moob. To offer a little light, seediness isn't especially characteristic of Patty's online presence, and in fact she seems to be something of an abstract pansexual. Note that where Patty's posts get engagement it's often worth a click.

The Locke family seem to be middle class, creative, quiet and religious. Patty's mom appears in a number of videos, and has a credit for costume design of the SMOOCH faceless bodysuit at the top of the OP, all those images ago. She appears to be particularly sympathetic to Patty's love of physical expression, as can be seen in a video of them together on local news. Dad appears fairly often in Peter's early catalogue but disappears entirely after the Troubles of 2018-19.
