It's affectation but yeah it's kind of annoying the way he pretends to be exasperated and speaking off the cuff whilst obviously reading from a script. LOUDLY. Not sure that makes him a lolcow though as he's doing it because people like the angry to camera thing. People like it because they are angry but they can't get their words out so he becomes some sort of proxy for them in imagining the stuff they'd be saying to sjws.
