Goddamn it.

Not sure where to ask about this, but Youtube's ads are starting to break through ublock.
I haven't tried this myself, but a DNS based ad blocker like pihole could work. There are also alternative frontends like grayjay and newpipe, but these are mobile apps. Invidious is a web frontend, and the only one I'm aware of that works is inv.nadeko.net. A lot of instances died off
1st, make sure your lists are up to date and see if there is an update to the extension

I don't know what you're asking. I used the manual "block element" right-click to find and block the code.
wot's your region+browser though? i've been using LibreWolf and had no issues so far, using ublocklite on chrome got me detected in the same way as using opera/firefox/brave with ublock but wolf has been hanging really well with the antiadblock scripts, i guess cookie shit helps a ton too since LW has that disabled by default.

I haven't noticed ads getting through, but videos have been taking 10-15 seconds to load in Firefox with Ublock and this link pops up that says something like "Videos loading slow?" that directs you to an FAQ that says it's because you're using an ad blocker.

I have Firefox and uBlock, but I don't experience this. Do you use a VPN?

Wasn't it literally found out that Google purposefully halts speeds on YouTube for Firefox & Opera?
See, the problem is that it's hard to determine who's affected by all those measures. I've experienced no throttling or whining about ad blockers and I believe people who say they did. The question is - what do they have in common other than browsers, VPNs and operating systems?
