An introject is a headmate that’s “real” in some capacity. Such as a character from a video game/show, or a Minecraft youtuber (because that seems to be popular with these retards). “Sourcemates” means others in the character’s world.
To “integrate” basically means for all of their alters to become one (aka they become normal and don’t have multiple people inside their heads).
