Going old school here. This is a mini documentary about Vic Morrow's death (as well as the deaths of 2 little Asian toddlers) on the set of the cursed Twilight Zone movie in the 80's:

I saw another angle the other day. It looks like a fight breaking out? Notice the lady in the red puffy jacket, in another angle shes trying to take someones purse before falling to her death.
