"Post your Art" Thread

playing around with idea making this guy a sticker, I was testing idea of beak size, longer reads more like Kiwi while shorter reads more like regular crow or something, thought it be fun project to keep my mind busy.

it's also a beautiful example of sexual dimorphism in humans, and why trannies never pass. female brow usually protrudes less, while the cheek comes out more, and vice versa for men, something you can observe in the video above
Don't forget the brow ridge. A lot of people ignore the fact that on men is far more noticeable

Can't sleep, made another Mentakun! This time it's inspired by this chococat pic:

Chococat gets chocolate syrup, so it just made sense to give Mentakun blueberry syrup! But you can't have blueberry syrup without blueberries, or berries without leaves!! It's just too cute. I did a little bit of posing for Mentakun too, moved his leftmost tentacle up and tilted him to the side more like he's happily dancing on his stack of pancakes. So cute!!

I hope you don't stop posting them, I like seeing how you do things :)
Actually i had a thought of creating a thread similar to this one but for posting wips, asking for advice and giving just a random tips about how some us fo things
cause i dont want to spam this thread, in my head this is meant to be a showcase thread rather than Q&A one.
maybe i am overthink it though.
edit: also i finished the wizard

I kind of agree, I am hesitant on giving advice in this thread because it can derail things and easily create a two-tier environment where some people act like faggot 'experts' and other people get shit on for disagreeing.
I think advice and QA in this thread is fine as long as it's solicited, but I wouldn't object to having a separate one

Thread tax, some doodles from my tabletop game featuring plague toads, a bear and a grumpy elf:

I for one, fully consent to any and all critique, prompted or not, regardless of quality or intent, in this thread or others. you won't grow without feedback, and that applies to more than just art. I think this is one of the best threads on the site and would like it to stay that way. Any art space runs the risk of devolving into /ic/ imo, but as long as you're not a complete faggot you should be fine. I'd for sure try to participate in a questions/critique thread if you made one @DefinitelyNotMe.

I have decided to inflict chud-li upon you all once more, bask in xir glory:

It couldn't hurt, try it and see how it goes, I also didn't think of this has just a showcase place, so im probably part of the problem has I assume any art you make regardless if its finished or not can be posted here, so I apologize for that.
I added doodle has tax,

You should do it.
Is there a way to Get into drawing from basically scratch?
My drawing skills are like third grade level
Start with drawing boxes. They help with pretty much everything, prospective, visualization, and line control.

Yes. I started from scratch a few years ago and i got to a pretty ok point. I want to keep improving so practise is needed.

Start with simple shapes. You may think that drawing apples, oranges or bottles is dumb but it's key to train your brain in regards as to how things should look. That is probably the most important thing of all in the beginning. Once you start getting the hang of it you can move to more complex things.

Drawing people is certainly one of the most complex things there are and it requires a lot of practise and study to nail it. Draw from real life and from there build your own style to your preference since you require a solid base on how to draw people. At first it might be really shitty but with time you will be able to see the results

Yup, and right now probably good time too with all the information available, my advice tho is to start with just building consistency, I know people say fundamentals first, but if your aren't consistent or having fun in beginning it's going to be really hard to stick with it.
