I'm sure by now you all know what predictive programming is. The phenomenon where shows and other forms of media strangely seem to predict future events, possibly done so purposely with the intent of preparing audiences for things predetermined to happen. Early mentions of 9/11 being a famous example. I've recently discovered an example that I feel has more backing evidence then any of those. In Season 2 episode 2 of Smiling Friends to be exact. The episode is meant to be a commentary on American elections as it is and it centers around two candidates, the standing president Mr. Jimble and the chaotic Mr. Frog. The writer, Psychicpebbles, comes from a Newgrounds background and is notably apolitical and it shows within the actual episode as it seems to go out of its way not to directly portray any specific political side. This generally holds up at the time but strangely after the current election cycle the parallels between Mr Frog (Trump) and Jimble (Biden) seem impossible to deny. I'll quickly go over these

Characteristics of Mr Frog (Trump)
- It repeatedly shown as anti establishment / unpredictable
- One of his only specified platforms is having a strong economic plan
- The media is biased towards and is working against him
- Very informal and loudmouthed
- Anti environmentalist
- Devoted voter base
- Extremely controversial

Characteristics of Mr Jimble (Biden)
- Acting president
- Behaves in a very senile manner
- Pro establishment
- Sinking approval rate
- Bad for the economy
- Heavy media backing
- Is portrayed as well meaning but not knowing any better

Now that we've established who these two are we can better recognize the predictive nature of the episode. All of what I just mentioned might come off as purely satirical in content but I have been neglecting to mention very specific scenes which at the time of the episodes release seemed random and with no meaning but after recent context seems to only further push the idea that this was all done deliberately. Scenes that no only make perfect sense within the context of direct commentary but also couldn't have been known prior to the airing. Keep in mind that this episode was released at the beginning of this year and was likely written and animated well before that. I will try to list these in the order that they are shown

- Mr. Jimble was not originally elected president but was actually the VP and took up office shortly before the election after the sitting president had to be removed. This is a possible parallel between Jimble and Kamala Harris
- Jimble stutters through a speech which leads voters to believe he is senile
- Jimble incidentally creates massive inflation in an attempt to win over voters. Not too different to how Biden passed multiple socialistic bills and removed student debt at the expense of tax payers
- Jimble makes a favorable policy with a foreign country which in the eyes of the public are genocided another country (Israel)
- A secret shadow government composed of worms (jews) begin siding with Jimble and use media connections to interfere with the election
- A signifigant portion of the episode is dedicated to a debate where the worms ask biased questions towards Mr Frog while praising Jimble.
- Jimble effectively gives up during the debate and does not want to run for office anymore. This has huge parallels to Biden dropping from the election almost directely after his debate with Trump. The media later portrays the debate as a huge success for Jimble despite it.
- Mr Frog wins the election to the shock of the worm news media who are visibly confused as to how this happened while on air
- The winning vote eventually came down to Pennsylvania flipping
- Mr Boss, a mysterious recurring character with strong ties to the most powerful and influential people in the world, hears the news and takes an assualt rifle before saying that he has to assasinate the president (this was before Trump ever recieved an assasination attempt)

What do you think kiwis, is this predictive programming? Is Psychicpebbles an unintentional prophet or does he have some form of insider info?

Can you tell me the brand of shatter packs / cards you're smoking. They seem real good!
If we find out the worm in RFK's brain is really running the show, I'll concede that Zach might have psychic powers.

If Predictive Programming is real, the 2024 election was 80% unplanned for. Because I still see far more predictive programming proof of Hollywood and the video game industry trying to normalize the idea of going to war with the Mexican cartels. Mind when Trump was president in his first term, calling the cartel terrorists racist. Now the Mexican cartel is a politically correct villain under Biden along with white supremacists and middle-eastern terrorists. Especially after Mexico started showing interest in ditching the dollar and joining BRICS. I wouldn't be shocked if a new Mexican civil war replaced Ukraine as America's next big proxy war.

There are things that look like they could be predictive programming like the black president in the hit show 24, or Will & Grace and gay marriage.

However, a show needs to have very significant viewership penetration to have that kind of influence. So what the fuck are you talking about?

Are you sure you're not misinterpreting simple pattern recognition for predictive programming? The writers of the show wanted to mirror politics without getting into the nitty gritty of policies so they based it off of Trump and Biden simple as.

If it was released at the beginning of this year, let's say it was written 6 months prior. That's still 2 years into the Biden Presidency and plenty of time for a creative minded to subconsciously pick up on where the public zeitgeist was headed.

If a fucking hippo can predict a Trump win, so can a writer.

Among a virtually infinite amount of content, some will obviously seem retroactively predictive regardless of any outcome. If 9/11 didn't happen nobody would be saying the allegedly predictive content was predictive, obviously. But if some different tragedy happened on 9/11 instead (which didn't because 9/11 did happen, but we're talking hypothetically) then we'd have found matching "predictive" content for that too.

That's how human minds work, connecting dots (unless you're a braindead libtard), even where they don't necessarily exist. Not to say it isn't possible, but it's unlikely.

Coincidences are bound to happen though. You're more likely to look for patterns rather than a lack thereof. For example, many coincidences have been raised between the presidencies of Lincoln and Kennedy, even though tons of coincidences can be raised between any two presidents. "Predictive programming" is a stupid idea because it would be stranger if there were no coincidental predictions in media rather than them happening.
