(Admins, if this is Thread has been created, please displace in the Sonic-poo pile as this is my first)

I've been on the fence about starting a thread about this Chris-Chan subject mostly due to Embarrassment. But after some steady lurking and outright "Tard-Rage!" (without finding anything similar).

I would like to start a thread about: "Problems you've had, or are currently having Ordering Autistic Bullshit from our very own OPL."

So I'm relatively sure I'm not the only Idiot, spending a few dollars on a comic book signed exclusively in Oestrogel and faintly smelling of poop.

My main reason for this post is as follows:

I didn't expect to get what i paid for in ANY frame of REASONABLE time, since Chris is too busy doing absolutely nothing Productive. (kind of an experiment on my part really)

YET, he continues to make new sales daily and post new items for sale almost weekly.

Is Anybody (Here anyways) actually getting what they paid for? has he even bothered to contact you if you've had a question in his Etsy store?

I would like this to be the Forum were people can discuss their current (or past) purchase experiences with Chris's Online "Store Fronts" (be it Etsy and/or Ebay) and maybe even share what you have bought from him. (if it ever even shows up...)

Here's my most recent experience with Chris's Etsy store... I purchased 2 of his books (Sonic-poop #0 and Sonic-poop #1, both to be signed, hopefully sans-the poop) Back in January 15th 2016.... (hoping to get these books before Snorlax Dies and he gives up for good) Pay attention to the amount of time that has gone by:

The "2 hours ago" Timestamp was actually yesterday (Feb 4th, 2016)...

The weekend he is referring to is the "Knee Deep snow" weekend.

After seeing him make all of these videos and doing "interviews" lately and adding Amiibo after stupid Amiibo to his page for sale... I've been sitting back like "Wheres my stupid Comic Books you lazy autist?"

As you can tell, I am personally ready to take this to Claims. Paypal gives you 180 days to file and I don't play around with my money. I didn't expect him to fulfill his Dooty as a businessman at all in any due time. Since its nearing almost a month since my order, it makes me wonder if Ka-Blam cut him off the same way Lulu did. Either way, I plan on getting a shitty Comicbook, or my money back. Also I'm very curious as to how my patience will be "Greatly rewarded"

I'd like to hear if you fellow Kiwis also have a story to tell or even a picture of the worthless crap you have acquired. Please Share.

Just trying to save weens (and myself) from making the same mistake...

At the very least i Didn't WILLINGLY give him a $500 gift card or $1000+ doll-hairs for a "guaranteed" absolutely-nothing... At least With my Etsy Purchase its like Lloyd Christmas once said, "So your telling me, there's still a chance?"

This complaint shouldn't be posted on this board -- but to the Charlottesville police for flagrant fraud by a perpetrator with a suspended sentence.

My Thread post is not meant to be a complaint by any means, I'm just interested in other people experiences and/or opinions or to see Crap they have gotten on his "Storefront" (I'd love to see a picture of somebody's Sonichu Amiibo in complete Disarray TBH). My OP is just my experience.

I know. Sorry if I appeared to be nagging you.
But, please, please, please, report Chris to the police. Tell Marvin to send an operative with a camera when they bust him.
Or at least, pester the hell out of Etsy and remind them that he's mentally unbalanced and is receiving SSI benefits while conning others, and remind them that fact alone would make a really great news piece

I didn't take your comment that way at all. This whole show is for laughs anyways. To be Honest, i think its the best $20 Doll-Hairs i ever spent. Just to fuck with OPL. And to prove a point. Even the Etsy Forums seems to hint at Chris's store (although its against Etsy forum rules to single out a seller or even mention a storefront name, without being banned) i can tell that there is a few "select" stores on Etsy that alot of sellers and buyers have problems with. I'm fairly certain CWCville is in the top 100 for complaints. Its hard to prove because of the "Insta-Ban" a Etsy member can get for mentioning a seller or buyer in a bad light. That place is pretty fucked up.

Here's the issue that somebody buying off of Chris will have with Etsy (or ANYONE on Etsy for that matter). If you "Buy" an item on Etsy from a "Store" your ONLY protection for filing a complaint (from Etsy) is AFTER the seller sends the item in the mail with a tracking number. If the seller never sends an item at all, you CANT file a complaint with Etsy (because most of the items on Etsy are of "Custom Order" and take time to produce ((THIS WOULD BE CHRIS'S EXCUSE)). BUT! Chris only accepts PAYPAL as a form of payment. Thats where you can file a complaint with Paypal stating you never received your item and can open a claim within 180 days from your paypal being withdrawn. Once you open a Paypal case, then Etsy will get involved with a seller/buyer dispute. Paypal is known for protecting the buyer more then the seller. If Chris were smart enough to accept other forms of payment (Credit Cards, Debit, Check) then he could get away with pure fraud. but he Exclusively accepts Paypal only as his form of payment.

I'd really expect nothing less. Maybe he'll find a way to deface the Comic by giving all the characters red eyes if you open a case against him.

I could only hope.

This is super old news, but Chris had problems with sales when he was just doing those photos of himself too.
My friend bought one for her, at the time, fiance as an inside joke for a birthday. I posted the pictures of it in the thread that was around at the time, but I don't think I went into the story too much as it wasn't all that interesting. Long story short, a single picture with a simple "This is for you heartsweet" and a signature took Chris more than four weeks to do. By the time the gift came in, the birthday had come and gone and it was Christmas time. My friend texted me pictures of the conversation between her and Chris and it went something like:

Friend: It's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything about my request. Is it possible to do the phrase "(Fiance's name), This is for you heartsweet" with your signature at the bottom?
Chris: (four days later) This is acceptable.
Friend: (two weeks after that) Any updates on the picture?
Chris: (two days after that) I am very busy and will get to it. As you might know I am under a lot of stress with other issues purchases and the like.
Friend: (same day) Alright, will there be an email about when the package will ship?
Chris: (same day) Yes.

According to my friend, there was never any email about when it shipped, it just came to her door one day....crinkled, spelled wrong, and the phrase was addressed to my friend instead of her fiance.

OH and this was around the time he was begging for positive reviews to. My friend reviewed "neutrally" as this was a shit transaction and Chris messaged her about that as well at one point.

Long story short, Chris has had a lot of issues with his sales. But if you're buying something from him with the expectation of anything good coming from it; it's kinda your own fault. We all know what Chris is like and what he is capable of.

I would, however, be very very cautious of anything you do that Chris will deem is "negative" towards him. He will dox you 100%, he has no issue doxing "trolls" or people who get him in trouble with his current means of selling stuff. So be prepared for that.

Tell him youre reporting him to etsy and then do so. But be warned, Ive seen some complaints that etsy doesnt protect buyers from shitty sellers, so there is a chance nothing will come of it. Still, do a report and hope for the best.

When he was actually producing product the whole operation was rickety but now that hes purposely not delivering the goods, finally Chris can add 'scammer' to his resume (as if no one expected it).

That is the least of my worries. I covered my tracks.

That brings up another valid point. I've noticed as of right now he has "291 Sales" on Etsy but only "38 Reviews" I'd imagine that nobody wants to review his items (Truthfully) for that very same fact of Doxing.

For Pete's sake friends, don't give money to Chris excepting any substantial in exchange.

If you must throw away your cash then donate to Hal Turner, at least you'll get more radio broadcasts for that.

Or give your money to the Human Fund! *bass riff*

Also not everyone who buys is gonna review regardless of the seller/product. Just a fact of sales. Plus I do think people who actually this shit tend to be satisfied for how crap it is.
