when I was a child I used to read folk tales.
stuff about scary stories of monsters, demons, vampires ect.
I would also walk in my neighborhood at night. I experienced a weird phenomena. Whatever information I was obsessively consuming would shaped what I would see in the shadows in tree s, alleys, shadows projected on the sidewalk. If I was reading about demons I would see demons in these shadows and gaps often seen in low lighting. If about animals I would see animals everywhere. If I was reading about ghosts id see ghosts. When I stopped reading the shadows became just shadows aga in.
What can you tell me about how information shapes perception and the science behind it?
