Here’s a question regarding a ps5 (PlayStation 5)
If I use my ps5 to log into my PS4 account so that I could play red dead redemption 2, would that take up space on my ps5 in order to play that game since I have that game downloaded on PS4 and not downloaded on ps5? Is the space different?
Okay, let me explain. I have a PlayStation 4. I have games downloaded on it. It started to run out of storage space because of games downloaded on it. Then I bought a PlayStation 5. People told me to just log into my PlayStation 4 account by using a PlayStation 5, but I just went ahead and made a new account on the PlayStation 5. But I noticed I could still log onto different PlayStation accounts on it.
So, right now I only have hogwarts legacy the game downloaded on my ps5. My ps5 is plugged into a tv down the hall and the PS4 is plugged into a different tv in my room. I sometimes plug the PS4 into the tv upstairs and sometimes unplug it and plug it back into my room. I also have other systems like the switch and Wii U and Xbox 360 and Xbox one and Xbox series x plugged into different TVs. Anyway, if I wanted to play red dead redemption 2, if I used my ps5 to log onto my PS4 account and played it, would this reduce the space of my PlayStation 5 by playing a game that’s downloaded onto my PS4 by logging into PS4 account onto my ps5?
(I don’t think you can log into a ps5 account by using a PS4? But not sure haven’t tried it)
So would it take up space? Or would it be separate accounts? But how would it not take up my ps5 space because I would be physically playing the PS4 game using a PS4 account on a ps5? This is hard question. I tried asking google this question but google had literally no idea what i was asking no matter how I worded it. It’s kinda hard to word it even now even using all this text so I guess I understand why google simply could not comprehend. My brain hurts now.
