I've played a lot of single player games this past year. Some new and some I've played before. The problem is I feel like I don't remember as much about them as I should.

In order to test myself, I'm requesting the aid of my fellow autists. If you feel like it, throw me some questions about one of the games I played.

Below is the list of games I finished. I most likely didn't do 100%, as I'm not that dedicated to anything, so try to keep your questions pertaining to the main game/major side points. Or just call me an idiot for doing this, it's all good.

The games I finished are:

Shovel Knight
RE7
Twilight Princess
Bloodstained
Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom
Doom (2016)
Dishonored 2
007 Everything or Nothing
Sly 2
Ori will of the wisps
Ion Fury
System Shock 2
Destroy all humans
Mega Man 11
Mega Man X
The Messenger
Wasteland 3
Amid Evil
Mega Man X2
Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal
Sherlock Crimes and Punishment
Resident Evil 3R
Mafia Definitive Edition
Crash 2
Doom Eternal
Mario Odyssey

This one is a doozy- In which game does the main character use a shovel?
Shit I meant to write King of Cards I don't actually know this one.

Get the fuck outside and stop playing video games you goddamn incel.
I don't want to get 'peacefully protested' or 'me-too'd'

When you were playing Mega Man X, did you think to yourself “ok boomer kuwanger” and giggle?
*tee-hee*

Honestly though I practically zone out when I play it since I've gone through it so many times, and I'm not about to go the other direction and troon into a speedrunner. I love that game too much to just break it.

Here's a few actual ones since it's a game I played too and have sort of recent memory of:

In bloodstained:

What was your bread and butter shard combo?
How long did it take you to find the farmer?
How mad were you when you actually found the farmer?

1. I have no idea about that one anymore. I think I used the painting one a lot?
2. Are you talking about when you meet the farmer and you give him a seed and you get like 10 of whatever?
3. I didn't bother with any of the farming shit.

[System Shock 2]
What was your favourite audio log?
Laser rapier or crystal shard?
Navy or Marine?
Which Von Braun deck is your favorite (however you want to interpret that) or memorable and why?

Yeah. I hated that farmer with a passion since you need him to craft most of the good stat upgrades. You have to backtrack into the first area to find him and since his stuff is time gated it takes like a dozen visits to get the items you need, which equates to like eight hours of game time inbetween. It was the point where I just said fuck it and gave up on full completion since I didn't find him until I was wandering around the map looking for the entrance to the final area.

The reason I asked about shards is because there's a familiar named Buer and Buer's special ability is bad programming, which you can leverage to do roughly 900dps for the back half of the game with a little ingenuity. Get him stuck inside an enemy and hold something with a repeating hit like the water jet over them both, and both you and the Buer hit on alternating frames. This is so absolutely gamebreaking it changed my entire strategy just to optimize being able to tank and keep the damage going and every single fight afterwards was a joke, including the postgame superbosses. I think stumbling across that combo ruined a good half of the game for me and I've seen opinions on the game as a whole change based on that single combo and its glorious stupidity.

1. Don't really have a favorite audio log, but I did enjoy how well done they told of what actually happened. They were relatively easy to follow along.
2. I believe I rocked the shard since the rapier was stat-gated.
3. Navy I think.
4. Can't say I have a favorite, maybe the one with crew quarters? I hated engineering though due to the maze like design of it. I wish deck with the garden was expanded upon further.

Overall I really enjoy SS2 and I eagerly anticipate the SS1 remake.

Now that you've played Amid Evil, are you going to do your civic duty and pick up the two other amazing new boomer shooters (Dusk and Ultrakill) that are available on Steam/ GoG?

I'll play Dusk eventually but Ultrakill seems too much for me, and Gloomwood looks too derivative. I am interested in Fallen Aces.
