I've noticed some odd things about this screencap and link.

The image looks like it'd be a comment response, but the link implies a profile post. Also, the globe icon means it'd be public, but it hasn't been autoposted to his Twitter.

The URL given is "1310333029061123," but that doesn't fit with it being posted today, since the last post he made was yesterday with a number "1311525882275221." The text from the cap is similar to this Mailbag from 2010:

LOL you use all these internet savvy forensics to actually prove it was fake. I just thought "there is no way Chris actually found a girl who reciprocates his love enough for him to post about. It's fake."

Pretty normal people. Some younger people, some his age. Probably college students. I don't think pity's a huge factor. His interactions with people seem to be pretty quid-pro-quo.

Hipsters will pal around with anyone except for conservatives and people who bathe regularly, the sad truth is that most of them grow out of that phase. It's really just odd, you have to ask yourself "what is going to happen when Chris' is ages 40-60". Like, is Chris going to be wetting himself and pooping himself even more on college campuses, LGBT parades, or even during children's card games. Not to mention, the prostate saga when trolls discover Chris' prostate has swollen to massive proportions, and he refuses to get it treated because he thinks it's a sentient vag that will burst through at any moment. Hell, I think Chris probably has prostate problems now and probably does not even notice because "autism".
