Something happened to him at bronycon because ever since returning from it he's been virtually surrounding himself with the show's cast and speaking about friendships and love ad nauseam to them like they give two shits. Imagine someone who otherwise gets no social feedback suddenly being surrounded by hundreds of people who are at his level of social deficiency and thus not immediately repulsed by his behaviour, or paid to be nice to him. The contrast must be feeding his ego something chronic. 6 years too late he latched on to the show, the fandom and everything they stand for and he's going to hold on for dear life.

It's interesting to note BronyCon verses his OmegaCon visits. While he had fun prancing around like a lunatic in his purple burlap bag outfit, it wasn't until BronyCon that he had people who knew he was and wanted pictures. OmegaCon didn't offer that level of fame, and Chris sucks that up.

Combine the notoriety with being with his favorite cartoon, not to mention vagina with the women who didn't immediately tell him off or ignore him and Chris thinks he's hit a gold mine. Now with Twitter, he has an immediate access to Fuzzy Wuzzies. Which is probably why the Doopie thing didn't deter him one bit.

I know are not trolls here, but I think a wene/troll could really get in with Chris now, fooling him he was going to voice Night Star in an episode or something - if they did it cleverly/convincingy - I think this whole thing has lowered the defenses he's had for years.

Quite possibly folks knew him as ChrisChan, the internet meme, but I think a lot of the attention and photo ops were for that specifically. Remember, Chris doesn't understand sarcasm and things like that. If someone came over and went "WOW! It's Chris Chandler! Can I get a photo? AWESOME", the only thing Chris takes from that is that someone really wanted to meet him.

Same thing with his Sonichu fans. People don't want more Sonichu because it's some pinnacle of comic development, it's because it's fucked up.

Chris is dumb, but he's learned a lot over trolling. Some guy fakes an email from MLP about being a voice bit, Chris won't fall for it.

One of the actual voice actresses asks him, and they talk about it on Twitter, he would.

The MLP fandom is probably at this point as saturated with 4chan autists from /mlp/ as anything, and Chris is very, very well known to any channers.

It is considered good form to pay for the font you use if you are going to publish something using it.
In Chris case he is simply too inept at google fu and simply went with the first link he clicked.

Someone who takes a payday loan to buy a gaming console is not going to bother spending 10min online comparing prices

If he's going to sell anything using that font, he pretty much has to pay for it. The people who create fonts are particularly fond of suing people who don't pay.

Another thing I noticed, though, is that it's $60 for a certain weight. Chris could up paying thousands if he starts collecting fonts the way he does vidya games and add-ons.

He will crash hard, soon enough. Probably harder than others since he's pushing the limits and getting VAs to ban him.
They only do this when their fans get too extreme, as they don't want to sully themselves by answering the disgusting questions Chris asks them.

Whilst I agree with your point it's worth remembering that if Chris was asked to voice something it wouldn't come from the "mane six" it would actually come from someone on the production team.
And they wouldn't contact him with an @friendshipismagic or @equestria email address but something relating to the actual company (I don't fuckin know who makes it, @hasbro ?)
So if Chris was (big if) contacted would he believe it. Does Chris understand enough about TV production to understand that voice actors don't call the shots.
And like the fake Nintendo situation would Chris expect them to come to him, for him to be given his own draft of the script and ensure it doesn't conflict with his canon.
Even if he worked from home and just mailed something in it would like be just long rambling and unusable..likely with the playstation home music in the background.

We're talking about a guy who believed the head of Nintendo approaching him was normal for business. He'd totally believe that a voice actor has some sway over the final product when the truth of the matter is voice actors are some of the most remote and uninvolved people in the animation process.

If he REALLY wants to get in the show he should "befriend" the writers. But most of them are china-less men.

hm, Creber is in her late teens, I'm not comfortable with the age difference here. Christine is currently exploring life as a ten-ish year old girl - Creber may give him alcohol and cigarettes and lead him astray. He needs appropriate younger friends to do hair/ make up with.
