Probably not too much. The male body needs testosterone to lose weight. Chris didn't have much to begin with and has lowered it even further with HRT.

I'm not a doctor, but I've seen some skinny trangender people. Even if taking HRT makes it harder to lose weight, if Chris ate right and exercised he certainly wouldn't be as obese as he is now.

Talking to Chris seems much more difficult than it used to, now that every conversation is a ticking time bomb yearning to explode into a screed about his cosmic playpen. It seems tiring.

It's about 2 miles, definitely not 4+. There are a number of smaller trails nearby though, so it would be easy to rack up a pretty relaxing 4 mile hike in the area.
