Hi I'm sorry if this has been posted, I skimmed but didn't see it. IDK how many others with a geographical proximity to Chris are on here. The other day I was running errands in downtown Charlottesville and I spotted Chris writing on the Free Speech Wall. Later I went over to look and found this beautiful expression of first amendment rights at the top of the wall.

It's one thing to see CWC crowing about this nonsense online; it's a whole new thing to see him advertise this on a public wall. It's somehow even more facepalm-y than usual.

A very small part of me is surprised he didn't leave his name/number for people to call to ask for more information.

IIRC, he used draw Sonichu (and possibly stuff for his love quest) on there a few years ago; I don't remember which. I'm surprised he hasn't been seen using it more often.

Why would anyone include Chris in anything that isn't forced sterilization and institutionalization?
I think this is absolutely hilarious, instead of being more practical about the future and the death of Barb's car, Chris is too busy making bad drawings with other low-end artists. I am glad Null withdrew his pitty points.

I think this is a really important distinction to make. The implication that comes with him wanting to believe rather than actually believing is that he still has a grasp on reality. Chris may not have a good (or any) understanding of larger concepts in reality, but he does, to a necessary extent, understand his day to day life and what's right in front of him. He does enough to take care of his pets, to feed himself, to pay critical bills, and to attend obligations like court.

When Chris finally realizes he has been a naive idiot once again and wrong this whole time, it might just break his mushy brain for good.

I think he's resilient enough to not be broken by the merge failing to happen. Even when it fails, I think he'll just keep pretending as long as there's someone to play along, because it's more fulfilling to him than going back to being a lonely adult autistic child with no real future prospects.
