Chris is all knowing. As a CPU goddess, I am sure that he understands that PS3 and Xbox 360 were both built on Power architecture while PS4 and Xbox One are x86-64. He must have heard from the other goddesses that a simple change could be made to make them software compatible.

Good point, I keep forgetting that. It has become very difficult to keep up with all his surnames and personas these days. I guess my rule of thumb going forward is "CAKAW": "Chris All Knowing; Among Which".
