Given how many times he's claimed to have learned from his past mistakes and then immediately done something to prove that's a total lie, I'm going to go ahead and say that he's definitely full of shit in this case.

She wasn't in his follow list by the time Chris approved my follow. These are all the accounts that have blocked him since I've been able to download his follow list.

And of course all True & Honest women feel the need to squeal on Twitter "I AM WOMAN" like some exceptional muppet when someone questions their gender.

I feel like this is just Chris' attempt to intimidate and yell with no real objective, given how he knew there's no other things he can use to make him look tougher on the internet.

And what better way to rile people up than to claim he can talk to OCs of millions of people as if he's some fictitious deity? He knew fantasy battle is the only thing he's got going because it's very clear that in reality plane, he'll lose no matter what.

Otherwise, why would he go through the trouble of using Lego toys to orchestrate his sperging in recent weeks on his Youtube channel rather than just shouting and waving like a total moron in front of the camera?
