Nintendo wouldn't go after Palworld because of that "exceptional" recolor made by an "exceptional individual", and AFAIK they aren't really going after Palworld (IIRC they said they'd "look into it" after Twitter freaks accused Palworld of "plagiarism"). In other words, yet another example of "Honor Roll" being "exceptional" and egotistical.

I was reading something about this an Palworld is distinct enough and the shared concepts are not unique enough that even if Nintendo a notoriously litigious company went after them they would lose in court because they are just not similar enough to cause any issues or confusion between the two, Chris however has illegitimately appropriated Nintendo / The Pokemon Company IP for financial gain - he is far more likely to feel the consequences of infringement long before Palworld does.

This mother fucker believes Nintendo is planning on welcoming him as their first troon/goddess/Jesus designer and artist. So that sonichu can be an official franchise while he does nothing but collect royalties on it.


Idk shit about palworld beyond it being "Pokémon with guns" and unlike shadOW THE hEDGEhog. Actually selling well thanks to autistic zoomers. But at least the people behind it seem to know it was a cheesy idea that they just rolled with and it got popular....and they actually put effort into parodying the source material

What would they have to gain? He's poor as fuck and the only reason he makes money of his sonichu crap is people are still stupid enough to buy it either out of a desire to be apart of his story or out if pity.

Speaking of I think that's WHY Nintendo amd Sega haven't gone after him for all he's worth. They see him as a retarded fanboy, dime a dozen for them sure, but they'll let him have this one because they feel sorry for him.

I dont think they would but it's possible they go after people seemingly randomly at times, they however might avoid chris to avoid a Stryzand effect happening,

But in comparrison to Palworld who've gone out of there way to avoid any IP conflict.

It's getting worse. I noticed that all his teefs are seperating. His face is so fucking fat and his temples and under eye are hollowing rapidly. He can't grow the hair on top of his head past a certain length anymore(MPB) and his hairline is receeding even further.


He's beginning to resemble this photo more and more each day.
