I have no idea why these people are defending his gender identity and don't see he is clearly insane.
They're not defending Chris in so far as it's ingrained behavior to respect anybody's pronouns in general. This is not to defend the individual, but the
practice of respecting 'legitimate' transgenders on social media. Because somehow disrespecting truly abhorrent people of their gender who make Chris look like the purest form of humanity (I.E. toon mass shooters like that bitch with the manifesto that the authorities were so scared of releasing when it was pure teenage edgelording we've all seen before) means you'll get attacked on the assumption you do not respect ANYBODY'S chosen pronouns.
Well he was booted out of Harmony con and on top of that he's now metaphorically or metaphysically whatever booted out of half of his self insert Mary Sue identity.
On top of that people aren't adhering to his desires for no Bigfoot photos, obviously no one's going to stop commenting about him being a rapist and his only refuge is seeking out a dying brick and mortar tween store in a critically endangered Mall from who knows where in Virginia.
Also no sign of Flutter.
The last two years have been unexpectedly good for Chris but this year seems to be quite the flop.
I will say that there is a poetic justice and well- deserved irony in an official CPU Blue Heart coming out later this year.
Apparently it's been about 10 years since the last release and so Chris probably really didn't have any reason to think there would be some other continuation.
No one outside that dedicated fandom would have cared otherwise but the creators of this fine niche role-playing game saw fit to inadvertently troll a mommy rapist and they should be commended for that.
Blue Heart (which I think was a name created from how the gaming console translates over to being a goddess, so Chris didn't pick it himself as it's based on that old thing he dug out of the post-fire hoard) being an official character at all was inevitable since there's only so many gaming consoles characters could be made from. Ironically, the fact Chris did anything with it could have contributed to it becoming slightly more prominent and thus warranting an official character.
Also, don't forget he's in his 'redemption arc...' and yet one of the underpinnings of his claims of being an all-powerful interdimensional diety has been ripped from him. This could, fundamentally, be worse than Sonic Boom Arms, since as I mentioned before this time the character is literally meant to be Chris himself in the Sailor Neptune-based self reimaging he adopted.
Especially when Chris himself said he became a tranny just to pick up women. lmfao.
While that was a major driving factor, it wasn't the only one. He'd been doing the tomgirl shit for a while (namely the Snyder trial where he wore fucking makeup) but he'd always idolized the way women seemed to be treated much better than men in pop culture, and I
definitely think he wrapped up some lasting feelings from the Galpal days at MHS because he felt more comfortable around them than most other students (even though as we know now, they were literally getting community service hours for having to tolerate him).
Mix that with the explosion of 'tranny acceptance' across the internet in the late 2010s following Gamergate and it would have seemed the perfect time to finally make the jump. For the same reason many did: wanting
special treatment for claiming to have been born in the wrong body. The fact he's walked it back somewhat by calling himself some other term in the post-Harmonycon rants (I forget the exact term but it definitely was something sounding 'middle of the road' since he can't fully walk back the goddess LARP at this point without admitting it was all bullshit) shows it lost the luster, though if that's because Flutter was around or not is uncertain.
