Oh, we know. Chris straight up trying to explain how him fucking his own elderly mother in terms of the multiverse such that he was shifting blame onto other instances of himself was him trying to simply erase the idea that it was this Chris in this plane of existence that had done the deed. As opposed to if it hadn't happened at all, he never would need to come up with another explanation other than "no, it didn't happen."
It's Chris unintentionally confirming it did happen because he loves trying to bend the truth so he says stuff that fits his narrative without REALLY admitting the parts he doesn't want to. But he's too dim to even recall he's also claimed that he himself is a multiversal entity simultaneously occupying all instances of Christian W. Chandler across time and space, so he incriminates himself under his own attempt to exonerate himself.
In contrast, the whole messiah complex shit is nothing but one big cope that's been twisted by his other desires. He already claimed to have magic powers and could cross the dimensional boundary between this world and that of CWCville YEARS before he learned of Neptunia, threw himself as a self-insert into the Bible because that's all he could get in jail, or trying to will his own shitty Transformers series into existence.
He hates his life, always has, because he's a spoiled piece of shit that refuses to grow up now that most of the guard rails have fallen off. He wanted to be a woman because he thought society as a whole treated them better than the expectations put onto him as a male. He wants to be GOD because he feels powerless to actually DO anything in his life yet would rather wish for omnipotence than actually knuckle down for long term rewards and true self-improvement. That's ultimately why he saw an out with Hyperdimension Neptunia: he self-inserted his idealized self as a goddess representing some old-ass console that didn't have a representative character, then because Chris logic is that if something exists as a cartoon character, therefore it exists in another dimension, and because Blue Heart is Chris, this instantly meant HE was a goddess. Then the 'light powered' crap is just him folding actual Christianity back into it once you understand he's ripping off the concept of 'holy' power and it's right back to him thinking he's the most important motherfucker ever born.
