It's also illegal to drive too slowly on the interstate. For safety's sake one has to go over the limit at times, as well as slow under. But doubt Chris understands this, and drives by feels. He strikes me as a driver who has totally illogical habits, like preferring to leisurely travel in the passing lanes because he just likes it better. Wish some idiot would have sent him a dashcam with some funds attached if he uploaded videos of him driving.
