Containment Random Chris Updates

Okay, this explains...most...of what that Bowser/Eggman comic was about. Mike Pollock has been Doctor Eggman's voice actor for the last 15 years, and is probably experienced enough with this kind of autism to deal with it as well as he did.

Chris: I've got another reason to go back to calling yourself Robotnik because spelling words backwards, saying 'Eggman'? That's saying 'Namgge'. Split it up a little bit further it sounds like 'NahImGay'. And at least 'Kintobor' sounds more sophisticated than that. So what do you have to say for you now - say about that now, 'NahImGay'?

Mike: Well I believe William Shakespeare said it best when he said 'What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet'.

Chris: AaaaaaAAAAHHHH!

[Applause]

Bravo to Mike for dealing with it so well. He's a master of verbal tard wrangling.

So wait let me get this straight;
Chris thinks this voice actor has creative control over the character...
and thinks he should change the name of the character because Eggman backwards sounds like "I'm gay" to Chris...
and the voice actor responds to Chris by quoting Shakespeare, basically to say 'doesnt matter what you call me, I'll still be eggman'...
and Chris chan's autism spins the cogwheels in his head to translate it to this:

That's autistic as hell, even for Chris

The bigger question is whether Chris really thinks it's spelled Shakesphere, or that was just a terrible attempt at a joke.

Someone actually suggested recommending the King of Prussia Mall to him. I wonder if he saw that or someone actually did suggest it.

That was me and I'm wondering the same thing. Either way glad he go to go, it's about the best attraction around there unless you like gambling. Norristown is kind of a shithole.

Wow. I would have been so confused by Chris's stupid comment but Mike responded like a total pro.
I bet everyone working with Sonic is an expert at dealing with autists at this point.

Is this legit? (edit - dear Lord, it is!)

And why does it not surprise me that CWC has no idea what being asexual is?
