It appears Chris has confused the word "overworked" with "stressing out that a cartoon I have no control over is updating its characters/storyline."

Also, instead of stress sighing he's gone to stress-neighing? Is that what anyone else hears?

I don't know, Chris is so transparent I have a hard time believing the story of long-lost brother Bionic isn't really about Cole. We know for a fact that Chris was lonely as a child, so I don't think it's far-fetched for Chris to wish the brother he barely knew (or, you know, anyone) was there to play with him. Chris didn't know anything about Cole, but he also didn't know anything about the high school gal-pals he fantasized about for ten fucking years and hoped to turn into sweethearts. I believe Christian and the Hedgehog Boys was modeled after Cole's bands out in California. Obviously Chris isn't grieving Cole now, but it's certainly interesting that he STILL wants Cole to show up to take care of Barb and give Chris money.

As an aside, I was re-reading Chris's story about Bionic, written when he was 18, and it features a magical portal between dimensions which allows Bionic and Sonic to reunite. So Chris has been into this trans-dimensional wish-fulfillment shit for a very long time.

I am not religious, but still: may Almighty God protect and console the normies who encounter Chris and, just for a moment, doubt their own sanity.

I kind of wonder if the people who experience Chris's drive-by taggings check their drink to see if it was spiked.

He's following her. Whether she's even aware he's there is a moot point. There's a bit on the CWCki - currently not loading for me - explaining how she chewed him out, in a spectacular bit of misunderstanding, as a bullying troll.
