So if my avatar died in the show and I decide to believe does that mean I'm going to die?

I'm beginning to think whoever is pulling the strings is borrowing from the anime Re;Creators because in a way, that anime is what the "Merge" is supposed to be - supposedly "fictional" creations running around alongside their creators and the main villain IIRC is legit trying to cause the Merge because her creator committed suicide or something.

Unless there is evidence otherwise, I honestly think Chris is writing and believing this crap on this own. While he got the merge idea from the Idea Guys, ever since they were gone Chris has gone on this egotistical tirades about the merge so he can no longer be burdened by real world responsibilities.

However, the Re;Creators theory could be interesting but I think it's more that Chris probably watched it since he has been watching a lot of anime as of late and even making retarded claims about them like saying that simply watching "Cells at Work!" would make your immune system stronger to the corona virus. Plus Chris has ripped off a lot from anime before among other things.

I mean hell over half of Sonichu is just him ripping off Excel Saga, Sonic, and Pokemon.

well i woke up this morning my waifus of muffet, toriel, isabelle and others still only existing as pillow cases that smelled of cigarette smoke and whiskey. apparently according to Chris that just means "I'm a hater who didn't believe hard enough."


Edit: It's a joke post I'm saying because American hedgehog locked the "The merge is on" thread, where everyone was saying stuff like this, save the power scouters for DBZ

its always been kinda creepy to me how much excel saga influenced chris's sense of humor.
its a random, parody series not really intended for international viewers. outside of diehard weebs no one is going to get all the jokes, and chris barely understands what 'parody' is.

I liked some of it. I barely watch anime so I didn't get all the references myself but it had funny shit in it and since I like a lot of dark comedy a week ex of mine recommended we watch it and it was good. I still scratched my head at some jokes and shrugged at others. To me it's a lot like Chris took some parts of it seriously. Like he legit didn't know the shows creator being a main character wasn't a joke and he legit used it as justification to do the same to himself.

he took the red streing of fate at face value...as in he thought threowing a red string with a valentine attatched to it would net him a gf. Chris doesn't understand parody for shit, like every other influence in his life he took it as litteral because "cartoons did a silly hah aha ha!"

Would be funny if the insiders he speaks of BS evidence of the merge for him and he announces the merge has happened. Dunno how likely that'd be though.
Would his serious godlike demeanor vanish in such an announcement like an "in-your-face" kinda thing?
