I often wonder if anyone on tumblr (especially if they claim to be abused) knows how it feels to be beaten. Or be hungry, cause "x will starve :)" posts appear each time a food provider posts anything woke.

I checked the person’s blog by the way, they’re white of course. I don’t know about the other person though, but they’re probably white too, because white people love to argue about racism. I’ve saved the whole conversation, it was like watching two monkeys fight except one is using rocks and the other is just flinging shit around.

This is one of the few people on Tumblr being okay with genderbends but not whitewashing, makes me wonder how long they'll go until they're attacked by a woker crowd of people.

LOl you agree with it? Goddamn, this edit appears to have been made solely to piss off the "woke" crowd. There's a very good chance that this was done as trolling. Which makes me wonder; who's the more foolish group, the woke crowd that are mad that somebody did this and feel entitled to seeing this person punished, or the losers who are so entitled that they think this is justified and that it's "owning the SJWs" because you can't take a joke about Captain America's butt without feeling queasy?

I'm sure I remember seeing a screenshot of the torrent itself that showed that there were about 20 seeders and leechers total. Which pretty much confirms the whole thing's a trolling effort for attention. Why else would something that insignificant get so much attention, if not because people can easily get outraged about it?

Anyway, it's not some kind of epidemic where the straight white males are forcing diversity out of the media and are a real threat, it's obviously just some guy trying to stir shit up from his basement (as if the "subscribe to pewdiepie" wasn't enough of a hint). Mainly I'm just amazed that there's so much outrage, but I guess that's helped by the fact the screenshot is cut off before the part where it says "1 seeder".

Though it's probably more now that it's been talked about. Hmmmm.

The whole peice was supposed to be a reference to Adam and Eve but fuck context I guess. That round of harassment got so bad that she admitted she considered dropping the comic altogether and creating new content under a pen name.

So the poor creator is again being harassed by these little shits for doing literally nothing wrong.

God, I fucking hate what shipping culture has done to fandom.

Again? Seriously? Last I saw the author posted an email from one of the people who'd been running this bizarre harassment campaign, implying that they only "forgave" her because she put Gil/Odin stuff in the last update and they liked that pairing. I guess it figures that as soon as they realise it's just a dream sequence, they'd flip out and accuse her of queerbating or homophobia or something, and the pedo accusations continue.

Michelle does have a history of flipping out pretty easily, but to be honest I'm not surprised considering how often she's had this kind of response from people before. I wouldn't be surprised if she does pack it up and do something else, which would suck for her given how much of her life she's already put into it. Her drawing style's pretty distinctive, though, so I doubt it would shake them off.

People getting so angry about free-to-read webcomics always seems weird to me. It's a bit like you're getting really invested in comics drawn by someone you know. It's not a high-budget TV show or film with a huge staff of writers and editors, just a person sharing their own drawings done at home. Giving that much of a shit over which character ends up with who is bizarre to me, even more so than for something hugely popular.

Hey, I'm the author of this post. I actually made this in a time of my life where I was taking care of my brother, driving him to and from school, paying the electricity + water bills, along with shopping for all of our food because of our negligent mother. It wasn't about how "adults didn't want to enable me" it was actually an outlet for my feelings over the situation, where I was being put in an adult situation at the age of 16 and still being treated like a child despite the fact that my mother was out with a new man every two weeks and rarely ever came home. I know you couldn't have possibly had this context unless you'd looked through my blog.

Also, I thought the light was cute! Idk what your problem with that was. But if you really find it that distracting I might consider taking it down.

Honestly I was expecting an angry lecture or something, it’s really nice to have context presented in a civil and open way. I’m sorry you had to deal with that, and I truly hope you and your brother are in a better situation

PS: About the light? Please do, if possible. Tumblr layouts can be, uh, REALLY hard in the eye and on top of it my eyesight's a bit poor, so it'd help a lot.

Wait are they saying the guy who killed the first group to become the party leader through clear militaristic power was still somehow democratic and what the members of the party wanted even though they had no clue about it?
This almost reads like Venezuela with how the crisis of high end goods become worthless and the economic system collapsed. Only difference is that real world communism kills thousands of people, coming into power, during it and even a little bit after it, and this redsteel guy actually realized the system failed and dissolved it for the good of the people.
