Why do they hate anime so much?
They want to appropriate it and turn it into Steven Universe. The fact their pressure means jack shit to the Japanese and their industry makes the baizuo seethe and they can't bully them into submission no matter how many retweets and upvotes a day they get.

One of the funniest things I have seen from the word ban by animemes is the reaction from animecirclejerk. They make fun of weeb culture in general so of course they took the side of the mods and said the users and goodanimemes are trans phobic. One of the main highlights was when a mod made a weekly thread and an user called golf colonizer bullshit, and also this:

I'm not as negative towards collecting as some people here seem to be. I do consider stuff like that sad, someones collection being completely destroyed, but more so if it's a curated collection that wasn't mindlessly collected just for the sake of it reaching hording levels. I would shed no tears if someones entire funko pop collection was destroyed, but someone who has slowly built up a collection of things they think are important to them losing everything is heartbreaking. Curated collections usually have memories/emotions tied to the items that make it hard to just say "go buy it again, it isn't that big a deal."

I don't know enough about this guy to really pass judgement, but given the numbers it seems to fall more into the side of collecting for the sake of it.

Remember all this happened because of a word. How the fuck did you get banned for 999 days for mentioning animemes.

33% of Users from traaaaannnnnsss, i am not surprised. Since troons are really common on Reddit

Have any of you seen this subreddit?

Genuinly one of the saddest subreddits, the posts are as stereotypically reddit as can be. So many of them are basically the Soyboy stereotype, not just in hobbies and being out of shape but also in humor. It's pathetic to read.

And as you can guess, the vast majority of posts are men. Even sadder, when you check some of the accounts, some of these guys post their post like multiple times per week.

I know the last image is a traced drawing of a person but I forgot who the name is. Anyone know who it is? I think its the guy from Cumtown?
It's the flannel jammies soyboy incarnate in the most cringeworthy PSA the Obama Administration ever put forward:

Playing with my parakeet by putting him into the microwave... that has to be a troll, nobody can be that stupid.

How about I slam your head between the door and doorframe Uma Thurman style? What could go wrong?

Poor thing, I used to have little birds as pets, so I am incensed by the thought of this.

Being a Reddit Bugman is a medical condition.

Ancient stuff. Forever alone was a big meme on reddit back in 2011.

Anway, who here went to redditcon?

I actually feel sorry for most of these guys. Reading their posts it's obvious they have anxiety disorders or something.

It's literally explained on your screenshot. The number is not a percentage, it's a factor, prob[troon given animu] / prob[troon]. A user (whatever that mean) of animecirclejerk is 33 times more likely to be a troon than the average reddit user. The share of troons on animecirclejerk in absolute numbers depends on the baseline. If the baseline is 0.2%, it's 7% troon. If it's 2%, it's 66% troon.
